14. Searching for new channels

Therewillalwaysbenewchannelsavailable,soonceinawhilewerecommendthatyousearch

fornewchannels.Thereceiverwillautomaticallysearchfornewchannelsandaddthemtothe

lists.Forsomeotheroperatorsyouwillhavetoinitiateasearch.

Press MENU to enter the Menu. Highlight Channels and press

OK. Highlight “Channel Search” and press OK again.

Youwillhavethefollowingpossibilities:

GREEN=Automatic,thereceiverwillsearchthroughthefrequen-

ciesitknowsandndnewchannels.

YELLOW=Manualyouhavetoprovideafrequencythatyou

would like to search on.

We recommend you always to search automatically, as this is the easiest and will nd

the most usual channels.
